If an item you order is out of stock and this was not shown at checkout, our team will contact you by email to arrange a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

If you find a fault or you are not happy with one of your items please contact our customer service team immediately at enquiries@fradime.co.uk before returning your item.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is returned in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving your return, provided it meets the return requirements. Customers are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, and we recommend using tracked delivery. 

We do not refund the original shipping cost unless the reason for the return is a fault of our own.

We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, washed, damaged, without tags, or not in their original condition. Sale items and underwear cannot be returned for a refund, but we do allow exchanges if they meet the return requirements and stock is available.

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse it and return the item to you. In this case, you may also be charged for the return shipping.

Orders placed between November 15th and December 31st may be returned until January 15th.
