If you order an item which is out of stock and our website hasn’t notified you prior to checkout. Our team will contact you shortly via email or telephone to organise a refund or exchange.
We guarantee to refund items you are not completely happy with as long as they comply with the return policy below and are returned via tracked delivery service, together with all packaging, in a resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Orders made between December 1st and December 25th has a longer return window. They can be returned by January 6th.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We do not refund your original shipping cost.
Returns may take up to 24 hours from when we receive the return to be processed, with refunds taking a further 2-3 working days to be credited.(This may increase due to reasons beyond our control.)
Please send all returns via recorded delivery, as we take no responsibility for lost items.
If you find a fault or you are not happy with one of your items please contact our customer service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item.
A return may be entitled to receive a refund or exchange if the following conditions apply:
- We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt.
- The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached.
- The item is in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
- You comply with the returns procedure.
- The return product is not on sale.
A return may not be entitled to receive a refund or exchange if the following conditions apply:
- The item is not resalable as new, i.e. it has been worn, washed, damaged or modified.
- The item did not comply with our returns period and conditions.
- Please note any items purchased from our sale may only be exchanged for another size/product or store credit for the amount it was purchased for.
If you return a product in breach of our returns policy, (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the item) the following procedure will apply:
- We will not refund or exchange the item.
- We will retain the returned item until we receive payment for the additional postage amount we may charge for redelivery of the product.
- If we do not receive payment for redelivery within 14 days of issuing a request, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product.
