  • Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) ship the same working day via your chosen method.
  • Orders placed after 1pm ship the next working day.
  • Weekend orders ship on Monday.

  • Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — £7.99. Order by 1pm.
  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — £4.99.
  • Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £100.
  • Worldwide Delivery (Parcel Force via Royal Mail, 5–7 working days) — £25.

Tracking

  • All services are trackable via Royal Mail Track & Trace.
  • Tracking is sent by email. If you provided a phone number, we may also send tracking by SMS.
  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

Currency

  • All prices are shown and charged in GBP.

  • We do not store your full card details.
  • Payments are processed securely by our providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal).
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay use tokenised, encrypted checkout.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes and fees may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a charge arose because of our error (for example, an incorrect declaration we made), we will cover the cost. You must contact us with evidence so we can review and confirm it was our fault.

Terms & Conditions

Order acceptance & contract

We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel (and refund) an order if there’s a pricing/description error, payment can’t be verified, suspected fraud, or a stock issue.

Stock issues: If an item is found to be out of stock after checkout, we’ll email you to offer an exchange for an available item. We’ll hold the order in Processing while we wait for your reply. We will cancel and refund only after you confirm the exchange (or confirm you don’t want one).

Pricing, currency & descriptions

  • Currency: Your bank or payment provider may use their own exchange rate and fees.
  • Price changes: Prices can change at any time before you place an order.
  • Accuracy: We try to keep prices and product info accurate, but errors can happen.
  • If there’s a pricing/description error:
    • Before dispatch, we’ll email you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel and refund.
    • If we can’t process the order at the correct price, we’ll cancel and refund.
  • Taxes/duties: Import duties/taxes may apply outside the UK (see Shipping & Payments).

Delivery & risk

Dispatch & services: As set out on our Shipping & Delivery page (cut-off 1pm, service options, rates).

  • Delivery times: Timeframes are estimates. Courier delays, customs checks, or events outside our control may extend delivery times.
  • Risk & title: The order becomes your responsibility once the courier marks it delivered to the address provided.
  • Address & access: You’re responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring safe access (e.g. safe place/neighbour instructions).
  • Failed delivery/returns to sender: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed collections, we can re-ship at your cost or refund minus original shipping (if paid).

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, email enquiries@fradime.co.uk with your order number and clear photos. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. If we confirm it’s our fault, we’ll cover return postage and any related charges.

Payment authorisation & checks

All orders are subject to payment authorisation and security checks. If we can’t verify payment or identity, we may cancel and refund the order.

Promotions & discount codes

Promo codes and offers are time-limited, one per order unless stated, and not exchangeable for cash. They may exclude certain items (e.g. sale items, gift cards, bundles) unless the offer says otherwise. We can change or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a code is misused or shared against its terms, we may cancel affected orders.

Store credit

Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Any unused balance remains on your credit until expiry. If you return an order paid with store credit, we’ll reissue the credit.

Intellectual property

All content on our site - including the FRADIMÉ name, logos, graphics, images, product designs, text, and code - is owned by Fractured Dimensions Ltd or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping only. You must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.
For everything else, we’re not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee when you placed the order, or for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business, or data). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order (including any shipping you paid for that order).

Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control happens (for example: carrier delays, strikes, severe weather, customs checks, supply issues, power or network outages), we won’t be responsible for delays or failure to perform while it lasts. We’ll keep you updated where reasonable and try to reduce the impact.
If a significant delay occurs before dispatch, you can cancel and get a refund for the affected items. If the order has already been dispatched, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Your statutory rights are not affected.
